What does “In Pro Per” mean?

“In Pro Per” is a legal term meaning you are representing yourself in court without an attorney. Many people choose this route to save money. An LDA helps by preparing the necessary documents correctly and efficiently.


How are LDAs different from attorneys?

Attorneys can give legal advice and represent you in court. LDAs cannot, but we provide accurate, court-ready documents at a fraction of the cost.


Do you go to court with me?

No. As LDAs, we cannot represent you in court. We prepare and file your documents so you can represent yourself with confidence.
